By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

As the Artist, I...

Retain the right to turn down any commission.Retain all copyrights for my work, which includes the right to post commissions to my social media page(s) for advertising (unless otherwise requested, in which case, please let me know).Will provide updates to the client when milestones are hit and/or upon request.

As the Client, you...

May make minor alterations to your commission (such as resizing art or trimming fur) as long as my watermark/logo is not removed.May post the commission to your website/social media page(s) providing credit where possible.May request updates on the commission and I will respond when I can.

Payment

I accept commission payments through PayPal, Venmo, or gift cards in USD. Any work on a commission will not begin until I've received an initial payment from the commissioner (i.e. full or partial payment, depending on the commission). Payment plans may be arranged if needed.Any completed payments will NOT be refunded, including those under a payment plan, unless there are extenuating circumstances (communication is key!).
